The bike was very well maintained and performed flawlessly throughout the journey. Riding as a couple with all our luggage, we found the Himalayan to be a true beast—powerful, reliable, and surprisingly comfortable even on long mountain rides. The rental service also provided useful accessories such as helmets, a mobile holder, and luggage support, which made our trip much more convenient. The owner was professional and helpful, especially in guiding us with the permit process for Nathula Pass and North Sikkim. While he may not be overly friendly, he is knowledgeable, efficient, and gets things done properly. Overall, a highly reliable bike rental service with well-maintained motorcycles. The process of renting was so easy that I can describe it in a few words: called and arranged the time, came and test-drove a bike, paid, and took the bike. And all of that was done in just half an hour. To rent, they asked me to fill out a form with basic info and leave a security deposit - no ID, no passport. The bike itself, a Himalayan, was great. I had no issues during my 5-day trip. Returning the bike was also no problem: I returned the bike as it was, they had no questions, and returned my deposit.
